Hi, we're very sorry that you haven't received your sample yet. There's a few things that may be happening:
- Your sample will be shipped soon or is already on it's way
- We ship our sample in batches, so we may be just waiting for a few consumers to be added to the batch before they're all sent out and you receive it
- Check your address in your account to be sure it's going to the right place
- The mail goblins ate it. If your address is correct, and it's been over a month since you've been invited, please reach out and we'll either send you another one if inventory is still available, or we'll put you at the top of the list for the next product.
